Pan Weilian is always called Lao Pan. He is the first foreign permanent resident in Fujian Province and one of the foreign teachers for MBA courses China's institutions of higher learning invited at the earliest time.

Once, he drove his minivan and traveled 40,000 kilometers around China with his family.
