When filing the pre-sale contract of commercial housing and the housing property registration, you should provide:

1. A certificate issued by relevant departments that the foreign individual (excluding residents of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan regions of China and overseas Chinese) has worked in China for more than one year, or that residents of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese work, study, and reside in China.

2. A written commitment that there is no other housing in the country under the same name.
