Policies regarding foreigners' purchase of commercial real estate property in China vary from place to place, but in general, overseas organizations that have branches and representative offices in China and overseas individuals working and studying in China can purchase self-use and self-occupied commercial properties that meet their actual needs. In addition, for cities that implement housing purchase restrictions, you should comply with local policies and regulations.
