If you are satisfied with the apartment you have seen and decide to rent it, you need to sign a rental contract with the landlord, agreeing on the terms of the duration, purpose, price, maintenance responsibilities, and other rights and obligations of both parties, and pay related expenses, including deposit and rent, and then register with the real estate administration department. In order to avoid disputes in renting, bilingual renting contracts are generally signed, but one language should prevail as far as possible to avoid ambiguity.
