On December 11, 2025, the 12367 service hotline introduced French language services in addition to its existing multilingual services. When dialing +86-12367, you can select your preferred language through the interactive voice response system. If you choose English services, the platform will provide an immediate, direct voice response. If you select French, Russian, Japanese, or Korean services, the platform will instantly establish a communication channel encompassing you, an interpreter, and an operator to provide 24/7 staff consultation support. Besides the hotline, the China Immigration Service Hotline 12367 also offers services via the "NIA 12367" (移民局12367) app, as well as the "NIA 12367" WeChat and Alipay mini-programs, all with bilingual (Chinese and English) support.
