Announcement on Entry of International Flights Destined for Beijing from Designated First Points of Entry No.2

Subject to the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People's Republic of China and the Civil Aviation Law of the People's Republic of China, it is decided that all international passenger flights destined for Beijing shall enter from the designated first points of entry. It is hereby announced as follows:

 

1. Starting from 00:00, March 23 (Beijing time), all international passenger flights destined for Beijing shall enter from 12 designated first points of entry: Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Hohhot, Pudong of Shanghai, Jinan, Qingdao, Nanjing, Shenyang, Dalian, Zhengzhou and Xi'an. The first points of entry designated for the flights of different airlines can be found on the official websites of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and the airline companies.

 

2. Passengers on the above-mentioned international flights will be quarantined, go through entry formalities and handle customs clearance for their luggage at the first points of entry. Passengers eligible for boarding conditions through quarantine inspection can take the original flight to Beijing. Bellyhold cargo will be cleared in Beijing.

 

3. The arrangement and related measures for designating first points of entry for international flights destined for Beijing will be adjusted in due course according to the changes in COVID-19 epidemic situation.
