The Notice stated that adjustment will be made to some international passenger flights which will be diverted to the designated first points of entry into China. Tianjin shall be the designated first point of entry into China for Flight CA 910 from Moscow to Beijing on March 20 (UTC+8), and CA 934 from Paris to Beijing on March 22 (UTC+8). Hohhot shall be the designated first point of entry into China for CA 926 from Tokyo to Beijing from March 20 to March 22 (UTC+8). The Notice pointed out that passengers on the above-mentioned international flights shall go through quarantine inspection and customs clearance formalities, and claim baggage at the first points of entry. Those who pass quarantine inspection can take the same flights to Beijing. Customs clearance for the belly-hold cargo will be handled in Beijing.

According to the Notice, timely adjustment to the designated first points of entry for international flights bound for Beijing and relevant measures will be made based on the epidemic development.

According to the requirements of the pandemic prevention and control, the CAAC will strengthen coordination with relevant departments, rigorously make work plans and guide operation units to enhance risk control and management, and do a good job in disinfection on the airplanes to ensure a safe and orderly operation of flights. Meanwhile, the CAAC will cooperate with local governments and promote the implementation of the mechanism of "data sharing, arrangement of people, joint prevention and cooperation" to form a network of joint prevention and control.
