Vice Minister Xu Ganlu Leads Delegation to Attend 16th China-DPRK Chief Representative Conference on Border Police and Security

Xu Ganlu, China’s vice minister of Public Security and head of the National Immigration Administration, led a delegation to Pyongyang, capital of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), to attend the 16th China-DPRK chief representative conference on border police and security from August 28 to 30, 2019.

 

The visit was aimed at implementing the bilateral consensus reached by the top leaders of the two parties and the two countries during their meeting, and advancing China-DPRK pragmatic cooperation in law enforcement and security.

 

During the visit, the delegation paid homage to the Chinese People’s Volunteer Army martyrs and laid flower basket at the China-DPRK Friendship Tower.

 

Chinese Ambassador to the DPRK Li Jinjun and minister Zhang Chenggang also attended the events.
